Teesheey Vision Board - HEIC decoder notices and corresponding source

This directory contains the unmodified libheif-js 1.23.5 WebAssembly bundle.
It is downloaded only after selecting a HEIC/HEIF photo, runs in a separate
browser worker and does not send the photo to an external conversion service.
The decoder is a separate, replaceable library, not part of Teesheey's backend.

Build instructions are included in the source archives: the emscripten.yml
workflow, libheif/build-emscripten.sh, and wrapper scripts/install.js. Upstream
uses Emscripten 3.1.61 and libde265 1.0.15, with WebAssembly enabled and dynamic
JS execution disabled (USE_WASM=1, USE_UNSAFE_EVAL=0). AOM/OpenJPEG are disabled by
default. The npm wrapper bundles the generated WASM bytes in a browser IIFE.
Our distributed decoder has not been modified. To replace it, build a compatible
libheif-js module and replace this separate libheif-bundle.js asset. Teesheey's
worker and photo integration are readable JavaScript under /assets/js/.
